I've listed it as a 95% working project - and here's the story. I bought this machine several years ago in a completely dead state, and gradually replaced parts until I had it 99% working (in fact, everything but the middle pop-bumper was working). Actually, the entire playfield is 100% working, as I tested it in another Tri-Zone, and it's also got all new bulbs and rubbers, but the usual wear and tear from a 38 year old bit of kit. I had to move it, because of building work. When the building work was over, I plugged all the parts back in, and then discovered that random faults had appeared! The reason for believing this to be the issue is that if I adjust the connection between these two boards and then switch on again, then I get a different fault - but...

This evening, prior to listing the machine, I have had the Tri-Zone on and running in attract mode ie. Lights flashing and running in sequence etc, had the model number and high score displayed, and even set it in self-test mode, where all lights, switches and solenoids were OK, and the flippers "flipped". It also racked up credits too. I now have no room for this machine, so it has to go, and don't think that I'll have enough time in the next couple of weeks to get it 100% working, so grab yourself a bargain and something to do over the winter! The cabinet has the usual wear and tear, and the backglass is in pretty good condition - as can be seen from the pictures.

The artwork is great, a late 70's space theme with flashing lights etc. I've added plenty of pictures, and more are available on request, and please note that I switched the control pcb after taking the pictures to the one that produced the "attract" display. Just off the A10 between Buntingford and Ware.
