A beautiful groovy 70's machine! This has some of the most iconic artwork of all the 70's pinball machines. Only 3900 produced and getting rare.
This has been recently overhauled with relays and switches all checked and adjusted, all rubbers replaced and plastics and playfield cleaned. It's been in my collection for a little while but I need the space otherwise I'd be hanging onto it. It's in full working order (very occasionally it awards 6 balls instead of 5 at start of play), and all special features etc work as they should. Can be set as an add a ball machine or to win replays. There's a short video of it in action below - rubbish play by me but you'll see the bumpers are fast! The unusual bumper between the flippers also makes for some fun time! The cabinet paintwork is original and so inevitably there some authentic arcade graffiti scratched in the cap in a couple of places - nothing too drastic and adds to the authentic feel! The coin mech is untested so assume not working, but it might! Not a prob for home use as there is a hidden credit button installed under the front edge of the cab.
Every press adds three credits. The backglass is in good condition for age. There are a few tiny flecks of flaking in places but it looks fab for age. There is some wear on playfield consistent with a 50 year old machine - nothing awful - check pics for details. Very occasionally awards 6 balls instead of 5 at start of play (when in 5 ball mode). New legs and levellers fitted.
Almost all bulbs are brand new. This is a gorgeous, bright authentic machine which looks so groovy it's untrue! A great plays which is likely to rise in value. The is a classic machine in great working order ready to give hours of fun and likely to rise in value.
Note that as with all EM pinball machines they do need adjustments of switches occasionally to keep them doing what they should do. This is sometimes the case after moving them. Just bear this in mind if purchasing. It can be seen fully working but after bring driven 300 miles and bumped in and out you might find a switch that needs a tweak! Complete with schematic circuit diagram. Collection from Newcastle on Tyne. Any genuine questions please feel free to ask.
