Williams Johnny Mnemonic pinball machine 1995 - Fully Working, Great Condition. Great mid 90's Williams machine, very good playfield, can't see any obvious wear. The plastics are good, small cracks on the ramp plastics above the slingshots which have been covered with washers and vinyl. The translite is brand new and is a very good quality one. The cabinet has some fade, the red has faded to orange, this is very very common on this game, there are no damp or structural issues with the cab. The dot matrix display is all good, nice and bright with no warm up issues, all rows and columns work fully and the high voltage section of the DMD. Driver board has been rebuilt.

The game plays really good and fast. The rubbers have all been changed, all of the bulbs work. The game has a remote battery pack fitted so there should not be any leakage in the future. There are locks fitted, each has 2 keys, there is a photocopied manual included, and the machine is set to free play. I have also PAT and leakage current tested the machine which passed ok, so you shouldn't get any nasty shocks from the metalwork!

This really is a great game with lots and lots of shots to make, it's a really good game which isn't particularly easy so it keeps you coming back, the multiball is achieved by getting each of three balls into the saucer below the glove, which then fires the ball up into the glove and is then carried across the playfield via the glove and dropped into the 9 sequence grid at a point of your choosing using the 4 buttons on the side of the cabinet. I have played this games loads and i'm still finding new features. The glove mechanism has been stripped, cleaned and re-greased so now it's lovely and smooth, and also very quiet. There is a nice new translite fitted.

The coils and flippers have loads of power in them and the game plays fast! A brilliant game and i'm pretty well hooked. All in all this is a very good example of a Johnny Mnemonic as there was only 2700 made. The all important 5 volts has been re-built and I have done the large mod on the back of the driver board with lots of wire links that eliminates the common cracked through hole plating issues or dry solder joints under the surface components such as under the elecrolytic capacitors which you just can't get at, I have found this mod to be all important on WPC machines of this era and makes the machine much more reliable. I also do full or partial restorations on any pinball 1977 or later, even the real odd and obscure makes, plus board repairs, some boards I can do on my rig, some I need the full machine it depends.

I don't tend to do electro-mechanical's (pre 1976) mainly due to how time consuming they are, but have done a few in the past, so feel free to ask. The pinball is quite large and heavy but the backbox can be folded, and the legs come off, so it should fit in an Escort van sized vehicle upwards, and I will help you load also.
