Vintage Data East Batman arcade pinball machine (1991)

I have enjoyed this machine for 20 years or more but due to current circumstance I need to let it go. This is a stunning tie in pinball released by Data East in 1991 to tie in with the classic 1989 Tim Burton movie starring Michael Keaton as the Batman and Jack Nicholson as the Joker!

This Pinball was a landmark of its time - Batman has been a huge franchise for over 6 decades and merchandising and tie in products have never been less than a massive success and the Data East Batman pinball was no exception. The Batman pinball is simply "no joke" and has plenty of features a trip through the Batcave for a million points, three ball multiball action, Axis Chemical Factory skill shot and Joker target. Just played it today and it would appear the left flipper has started to stick. Nothing a professional service couldnt remedy though.
