Bally 5 bank drop 2nd level target assembly mechanism Flipper Pinball machine

  

Looks like a Bally designed roll over type from 1970s - early 1980s. So probably a Bally but coil has plain sleeve so it could be a Stern or Zaccaria?

It has high level targets for use on an upper playfield.
