This antique Lindstrom Hi-Ball gameboard is in excellent condition. Originally referred to as Bagatelle.

Games, this Lindstrom model was the Hi-Ball Pin game and was one of the earliest pinball games for home use. This version was created in 1932 by the Lindstrom Tool and Toy Company in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The condition of this gameboard is exceptional considering the surface of the game field is printed.

Typically the balls or marbles were made of metal or glass, which would quickly wear on the fragile surface. The colors are all original. Amazingly, this antique Lindstrom Hi-Ball gameboard still retains the original instructions for playing the game that is pasted on the back of the wooden board.

I have added from my own collection Bennington German clay marbles. 8 marbles 2 each of gold (tan), red, pink, green. I have played with my grandson and it works great. We use these colorful antique and vintage gameboards more for display than as a game to play. A collection of these on a wall makes for quite the conversation.

Perfect for decorating game rooms and children's rooms. Lindstrom Tool and Toy Company (Connecticut).

Lithography, steel pins and wood. Extremely nice condition consistent with age and use.
