A RARE coin-op tabletop game Rock-Ola'Wings' made in Chicago USA, for restoration. Here your chance to own a scarce game manufactured in 1933 at the height of Art Deco. Apart from the key and a bakelite knob, it all appears to be complete. However, the coin drawer not longer works a victim of metal fatigue well, it is 88 years old!

This is a Pure Mechanical game for one person. 5 (or 10) balls for 1d. Pushing down the ball lift lever on the front of the machine serves the ball to the plunger.

Pulling the plunger shoots the ball. Releasing the front lever causes a circular area in the playfield to spin. Player could control the spinning (slow it down) using this lever. This is a project I never got around to completing. I bought 10 wooden balls which are. The correct size and are included.

Today I spent a couple of hours carefully cleaning it. With a damp cloths and I'm please to say the screen printed colours really'zing' now. I was temped to coat all the wood with a stain but thought that should be.

Carried out by the new owner who may wish to just wax it, shabby chic style? 1 The glass is perfect 2 There's no woodworm 3 The pins are all present. And straight, as are the other metal spring plates etc. 4 The printed colours are brilliant.

5 The pullback plunger works well. 8 Designed by David Rockola and Bill Huenergardt of.
