Pac Man Pinball Machine / 1982 Bally Vintage (NOT WORKING)

  

This Pinball Machine is NOT WORKING. Has been in storage for a long time.

It does not have the legs or the top glass. The playing surface is in really good condition for how old it is. All boards and parts seem to be there. The machine is not powering on when plugged in. Theres a picture with a red circle round a board, I believe there is a problem with this board.
